Welcome to Creovity Agency. By purchasing any of our Website Care Plans (“Services”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Services Provided
Creovity provides ongoing WordPress website maintenance services, including:
- WordPress Core, Theme, and Plugin Updates
- Security Monitoring and Malware Scanning
- Regular Website Backups
- Uptime Monitoring
- Minor Website Edits (time-limited per plan)
- Performance Optimization (depending on selected plan)
2. Payment and Subscriptions
- All plans are billed monthly or annually via secured payment gateways.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
- Payment information is securely processed through third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay, PayPal).
3. Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support.
- Cancellations apply to future billing cycles.
- No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method.
5. Service Activation
- Services typically commence within 24–48 business hours after successful payment and receipt of onboarding form submission.
6. Client Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate login credentials and necessary access.
- You are responsible for maintaining valid licenses for any third-party premium plugins or themes.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Creovity is not liable for damages resulting from user-installed third-party plugins, custom code, or security breaches outside of reasonable maintenance activities.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding three months.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
