Refund Policy

1. Our Promise

We stand behind the quality of our plugins. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy on all new purchases.


2. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • You submit the request within 14 calendar days of purchase
  • You have a valid license purchased via Freemius
  • Your refund request is submitted by the license holder (email match)

We do not require a reason, but feedback is always appreciated.


3. How to Request a Refund

Option 1:
Log in to your Freemius dashboard: https://users.freemius.com

  • Navigate to your subscription
  • Click Request Refund

Option 2:
Email us at hello@creovity.agency with your license key and purchase email.

We typically process refund requests within 1–2 business days.


4. After the Refund

  • Your license will be deactivated automatically
  • Plugin updates and support access will stop immediately
  • You can continue using the plugin, but Pro features will be disabled

5. Exceptions

Refunds may not be granted:

  • After 14 days from the original purchase date
  • If your request is for a renewal (license renewal notices are sent in advance)
  • If you’ve used the plugin in a way that violates our Terms of Service
