1. Our Promise
We stand behind the quality of our plugins. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked refund policy on all new purchases.
2. Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You submit the request within 14 calendar days of purchase
- You have a valid license purchased via Freemius
- Your refund request is submitted by the license holder (email match)
We do not require a reason, but feedback is always appreciated.
3. How to Request a Refund
Option 1:
Log in to your Freemius dashboard: https://users.freemius.com
- Navigate to your subscription
- Click Request Refund
Option 2:
Email us at hello@creovity.agency with your license key and purchase email.
We typically process refund requests within 1–2 business days.
4. After the Refund
- Your license will be deactivated automatically
- Plugin updates and support access will stop immediately
- You can continue using the plugin, but Pro features will be disabled
5. Exceptions
Refunds may not be granted:
- After 14 days from the original purchase date
- If your request is for a renewal (license renewal notices are sent in advance)
- If you’ve used the plugin in a way that violates our Terms of Service
