When you purchase a Pro plan, your license gives you:
- Access to all Pro features
- 1 year of plugin updates
- 1 year of priority support
- Activation on a limited number of sites (based on your plan)
- Optional lifetime license with no renewal needed

License Activation #
After installing the Pro version:
- Enter your license key in the popup or settings screen
- Click Activate
- The plugin will unlock Pro features instantly
Your license key can be used across your allowed number of sites. You can deactivate a license from one site and reuse it on another.
Subscription Renewal #
If you’re on a yearly plan:
- You’ll receive a renewal reminder before your license expires
- Renewals include continued updates and support
- You can cancel auto-renew anytime via your Freemius account
If you don’t renew:
- The plugin will still work
- But you won’t receive updates or support after expiration
Refund Policy #
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on all new purchases.
To request a refund:
- Go to users.freemius.com
- Navigate to your subscription
- Click Request Refund
- Or contact Creovity support
After 14 days, refunds are typically not granted unless there’s a billing issue.
Upgrades & Switching Plans #
You can upgrade your license at any time:
- From Personal → Freelancer, Agency, or Unlimited
- From Yearly → Lifetime
- Freemius will automatically apply credit from your existing plan

- Click Upgrade License
