We’re here to help. Whether you have a technical question, need help with your license, or want to report a bug, the Creovity support team is available to assist all Pro users.

This guide shows how to contact us and what information to include to get the fastest response.


How to Get Support #

Option 1: Use the Support Form on Our Website #

Visit: Support

Fill out the form with:

  • Your name and email
  • Your license email (if different)
  • A clear description of your issue
  • Steps to reproduce (if technical)
  • Screenshot or screen recording (optional)

You’ll receive a response within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).


Option 2: Use the “Help” Tab Inside the Plugin #

If you’ve activated Pro, you’ll find a Help or Support tab under:
Settings → Hide Admin Bar

Click “Contact Support” and follow the instructions.


Option 3: Via Freemius Dashboard (for billing or licensing) #

If your question is related to billing, renewals, or license management:

  1. Visit users.freemius.com
  2. Log in using your purchase email
  3. Navigate to your subscription
  4. Use the Contact or Request Support options

What We Can Help With #

What We Don’t Support #

  • Custom development or theme/plugin conflicts outside our scope
  • Modifications beyond provided hooks and filters
  • General WordPress setup or unrelated plugin issues

Tips for Faster Support #

  • Include your WordPress version, PHP version, and active theme
  • List any security, cache, or optimization plugins installed
  • Share any custom code or filters you’re using (if applicable)
